Our Trainers

Lakhvinder Kaur, the main trainer of this programme is a member of the Joyful Child Inc, which focuses on positivity and self for growth. Her intensive training in various areas of Child Psychology, including Emotional Intelligence, Accelerated Learning Techniques and Neuro - Linguistic Programming(NLP) has been a result of her keen interest to see how ones potential can be more fulfilled with the right techniques.

She also worked in the American International School in Lagos for 2 years where she concentrated on pastoral development of the students. She is a senior Counselor too with Family Care Center and Bowen Sec. School.

Timothy Hamons holds a B.S.A. from University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He has led and created high performance teams in training organizations for over 8 years, and has delivered teambuilding programs and workshops for many. He has many years’ experience in designing and delivering teambuilding programs in both indoor and outdoor classrooms. Outdoor programs include facilitation of high and low ropes elements, dragon boat racing, "amazing race" style treasure hunts, group painting activities, and tele-match style programs. Indoor programs include facilitation of learning styles profiling tools such as DISC, as well as a variety of teambuilding activities.

Dr Sundardas D Annamalay (ND, PhD, MD(MA), NLP Trainer) is Singapore's leading naturopathic physician as well as being an author, speaker and researcher. Dr Sundardas has had more than a decade of experience dealing with children and teachers at all levels, and in a variety of ways from clinical situations to counselling and learning. He has done work in both government sectors, i.e. the Ministry of Home Affairs, a number of schools and the private sector.

He has been honoured with the "Associate of the Teacher's Network" award for his contributions. his two well received books on teaching, learning, education and emotional intelligence are Awakening the Genius in your Child (EPB-Raffles edition) and Maximise your Child's Emotional Intelligence (Times).
