Anita J Douglas



Over 15 years of communication and marketing experience at the executive level, and extensive field experience spanning sectors which include retail, office products, clothing manufacturing, government, franchising and oil and gas. Anita's work has taken her across south-east Asia, central Asia, the Caribbean, eastern Europe and north and south America.
A highlight of consulting projects includes developing business strategies for small clothing manufacturers in the Caribbean which allowed them to export their products and significantly increase revenue, designing a marketing strategy for a large clothing manufacturer in Kazakhstan aimed at generating drastically needed cash flow, and investigating business development opportunities for a footwear manufacturer in Poland.
She has also designed, facilitated and delivered training courses on topics such as effective communications, report writing, presentation skills, and strategic planning. As a Diplomat working in Singapore for a multi-lateral, multi-national organization Anita developed proficiency in dealing with a variety of cultures, and to understand the sensitivities and nuances of cultural differences as they related to communications. Anita holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on marketing.



Her aim in working with organizations is to increase the number of employees fully engaged in their work thereby guaranteeing productivity improvements.
