What are your goals for this year? Have you written them out and placed them somewhere visible? Have you listed out the steps to achieve these goals? How is the process going? What did you achieve last year? What did you achieve not knowing fully that you could? What did you not achieve last year? Why? Did your goal change? Did you let obstacles deter you? Why did you let yourself lose sight? Do you really want your goal or does it just sound good? Are you detailed in what you want? Use positive self-talk to encourage yourself. Whenever you do things are you getting closer to your goal or further away from your goal? Ask yourself that bf Practice visualizing yourself achieving your goals. Sit calmly and envision yourself living your dreams.
